Customer Service Team (May Update)

A number of INF documents, which are relevant to your role, have been changed since the February update.

Please work through the lessons, marking each as complete as you progress through the course.

The course will end with a short quiz. The pass mark is 100% and you will have 2 attempts. If you don’t achieve 100% after completing the quiz twice then please email cpd@petbloodbankuk.org and we will arrange for additional training support.
