Lab Team (May Update)

A number of Forms and INF documents have been updated since the February update.

Some of the forms are those completed by the Collection Teams on session which are referred to in the Lab.

Hopefully, the changes to the forms will encourage more accurate completion so that there should be less errors coming through to yourselves.

Other documents relate directly to the processing SOPs.

Please work through the lessons, marking each as complete as you progress through the course.

The course will end with a short quiz. The pass mark is 100% and you will have 2 attempts. If you don’t achieve 100% after completing the quiz twice then please email cpd@petbloodbankuk.org and we will arrange for additional training support.
