It’s the time of year again where we ask you to refresh your memory about all of the Standard Operating Procedures which are relevant to your role within PBB. This is required by our regulatory body, the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, in order for us to maintain our blood banking licence.

The lesson titles show what steps of each SOP you are required to be trained in for your role.

Ensuring that we all know the latest versions of all relevant procedures helps us to protect the welfare of our wonderful donors and that of the recipients who are relying on the life-saving products that we supply.
