Collection Team (August Update)

Summer’s here and brings with it a few updates to some of the SOPs and INF docs which relate to the Collection Team’s role.

Please work through the lessons and finish by completing the quiz.

This must be completed by Monday 31st August 2026. However, these documents are active from the start of the month so if you are working sessions during August then it’s advisable to complete the training ahead of the session so that you know how the changes affect the donation process.
