Regional Coordinator/ Phlebotomist May Update Course

A number of SOPs have been updated within the last Quarter. This course has been compiled to make you aware of the changes and how they affect the overall processes.

The title of each lesson will indicate what steps your manager has requested that you be trained in.

There will be a short quiz at the end of the course to check your understanding of the procedures. You are required to gain 100% in order to pass. You have 2 attempts allocated but if you need to take the quiz again then please contact your Line Manager and/or the Training Department at cpd@petbloodbankuk.org.

Please remember these quizzes are “open book”. You can bookmark any of the SOPs and re-read them and their associated documents as often as you need.

The deadline for completion of the training is Tuesday 19th May 2026.
