After graduating from the University of Glasgow Emma undertook a rotating internship at Vets Now Glasgow where she developed a love of emergency and critical care. Between 2015 and 2018 Emma completed an ECC residency in emergency and critical care also at the Glasgow hospital and is now a European Diplomate in ECC.

Neus graduated from The Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona in 2009, and then completed a rotating internship at the university before working in a referral hospital for a year in Barcelona. On moving to the UK, Neus then worked in first opinion practice in Liverpool for two years before beginning an Emergency and Critical Care internship also at the Vets Now Hospital, Glasgow. In January 2017, Neus began her residency in emergency and critical care which she completed in January 2020. Neus is also a European Diplomat in ECC.
